Main Library - Franklin Change Location

The Williamson County Public Library System is pleased to provide six meeting spaces at the Franklin location for Library sponsored events, city and county sponsored events, local community group use, and small group or individual study. 

The Meeting Room (Seating for 21-100)

With 19 rectangular tables and 100 chairs, the Meeting Room will accommodate groups of 21-100 guests. We offer two projectors with drop-down screens, a microphone, a dry erase board, and a podium. A small kitchenette is available upon request. Food and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed in the room. This room may be booked for up to 8 hours per day; with a limit of 12 bookings per year. Reservations can be made from one week to 3 months in advance. *Please note that if you are planning to use the projector system in the Meeting Room, Chromebook laptops are not compatible with our system.

The Learning Center (Seating for up to 20)

With classroom style seating, this room will accommodate groups of up to 20 guests. We offer a projector with a drop down screen, a dry erase board, and a podium. Food and drink are not allowed in the room. This room may be booked for up to 8 hours per day; with a limit of 12 bookings per year. Reservations may be made from one week to 3 months in advance. Check in for your meeting at the Reference desk.

Study Rooms (Seating for up to 4)

Four study rooms are available, each with seating for up to 4 guests. The rooms are equipped with an electrical outlet, a dry erase board, and a table and chairs. These rooms are intended for quiet small group or individual study. Study rooms may be booked for up to 2 hours per day. Reservations may be made up to 30 days in advance. Patrons may book these spaces directly online or in-person at the Reference desk.
